Beating the Bounds
Rogation Sunday is very early this year, so, we will be Beating the Bounds on Saturday 9th May. This is when we walk round the parish boundaries to celebrate Rogationtide. It’s 15 miles in all but people are welcome to join us for just part of the day. It’s not a run or a race, — but we don’t amble, — it’s just a reasonable pace. Our aim is to enjoy the day, the walk, the scenery and each other’s company. Booking is essential, the earlier the better, since we may have to restrict numbers.
